  Hopeless. A very bad experience. Took 3 weeks to get it on the market because Chris went on a holiday and never got any information from him. Took 12 months to sell and a price drop of 25k and gutless wouldnt call to renegotiate fees. I had to chase them up once a month or I never heard from them. Was lied to by the property managers. Avoid

  A fantastic experience with the hangloosa team. We purchased a house through them and later let it out with the property management. Nothing but professionalism and expertise through the entire process. Would recommend them to anyone

  We bought a house through Bunty Shearn at Hang Loosa. We found Bunty to be honest, reliable and genuinely interested in helping us. She actually listened, was never pushy and went out of her way to show us around the area and furniture shops etc. She didn't give up on us, even when we had to pull out of one deal. It was clear she was also respected and trusted by the vendors as well. Very professional. Highly, highly recommended.

  Bought a property through this agency. Previous deal had not proceeded. Chris Allen recommended the people who had done a pest and building inspection for the other buyer. He said all was good with the property.

  Fool I was, I went along with it. Very bad wet rot in window sills and reveals. Rotten outside cladding letting water into the window. Building inspector said he accepted no responsibility but generously offered to pay $35 for builders bog for me to patch it with. Various other problems with the house/building inspection - 1 hotplate, not working, drummy tiles etc. I emailed the agent to acquaint him with all of this. Of course, no response. It would seem to have been obvious to the agent that the property had problems, and even the vendor said on settlement day that one of the hotplates was not working.
