    Called into this Liquorland today. Walked in the bottle drive through and the assistant showed me into the shop. When I came to pay, was greeted by a (different) sullen rude assistant who gave me lecture that I should NOT have entered through the bottleshop and told me in a condescending way to use the entrance into the car park. I ignored her instruction and left the way I entered- am new to the area and knew I would have difficulty finding my car if I followed her instruction. Definitely could do with some customer relationship training. Lady in bottleshop was normal and friendly. Pity, lost this customer.
