  Now an "Express Branch" No tellers and no service..... if you go here you better be happy to use the machines.... any attempt to obtain service from the staff will be met with disdain and a condesending delivery of the message "come on I will show you how" ... even when the machine is broken (a frequent event) their initial response is that you, you stupid annoying customer, did something wrong.

  Absolutely hopeless staff in this so called bank. Gone are the days of tellers, this bank uses machines only that have lines of people behind them who dont know how to use them. There are other banks in the same street that offer personalised service. Hopeless CBA, hopeless.

  No where to wait in an ordered line, people walk in and get served based on their rush to an employer. As for the service I am constantly being told I can do one thing then find out I can't. My home loan is on a rate higher then anyone I know that is with the bank and being a first home buyer is supposed to be "rate saver" loan (no offset possible).
